Rm1000 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document outlines the rules, rights and responsibilities governing the use of the rm1000 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms and Scope of Application
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the rm1000 platform — whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other device — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the rm1000 platform.
These terms apply to all users accessing rm1000 from Malaysia or any other location. Use of this platform constitutes valid and binding acceptance of all rules stated herein, including any additional policies that may be published from time to time.
Rm1000 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the website. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to register only one account on rm1000. Multiple accounts created by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. rm1000 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. rm1000 will never ask for your password via email or message.
Users are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the rm1000 support team immediately so appropriate action can be taken.
It is the user's responsibility to ensure that their use of the rm1000 platform complies with the laws applicable in their location. Users are not permitted to use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful purpose.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct
Rm1000 users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following while using this platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or any other tools to manipulate games or the platform's systems
- Engaging in fraud, identity impersonation, or providing false information during registration or transactions
- Exploiting technical errors or bugs in the system to gain an unfair advantage
- Colluding with other players to manipulate or cheat the system in multiplayer games
- Transferring account balances to other users without rm1000's authorisation
- Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities
- Abusing promotions, bonuses, or special offers through dishonest means
- Distributing harmful, threatening, or inappropriate content through the platform
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and rm1000 reserves the right to withhold any balance suspected to be linked to rule-breaking activity, subject to internal investigation.
Payment, Deposit & Transaction Information in MYR
All financial transactions on the rm1000 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change from time to time.
Deposit
Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds originate from a bank account or e-wallet that is valid and registered in their own name. rm1000 does not accept third-party deposits. All successful deposits are credited to the account immediately upon confirmation by the payment system.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe specified for each payment method. rm1000 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits. Funds may only be withdrawn to a verified account belonging to the same user.
Transaction Security
All financial transactions are protected by SSL encryption. If you suspect any unauthorised transaction on your account, contact the rm1000 support team immediately at [email protected].

Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Rm1000 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, system downtime, or game outcomes. rm1000's liability is limited to the amount deposited in the relevant user account.
Rm1000 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice if there is evidence of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of the platform. rm1000's decision in such matters is final, subject to the internal appeals process provided.
All content, logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements on the rm1000 platform are the exclusive property of rm1000 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from rm1000.
The rm1000 platform may contain information or references to third-party services. rm1000 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms and privacy policies before using their services.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the rm1000 platform shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Rm1000 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. The latest version of the Terms & Conditions will always be available on the rm1000 website. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. rm1000's failure to enforce any right or provision under these terms shall not be construed as a waiver of such right.
